The sales person, Luke, was very personable, always on time and thorough. He was more willing than other roofers to actually go up on the roof to check the roof for damage. As a result the insurance company was willing to replace the roof that was damaged by hale 6 months earlier. He stayed on the job until it was completed and I was very impressed with his professionalism. For a young man, I believe he has a very bright future. Joseph "J-Rod" was very friendly and helpful through the whole process. He will go to war for you to make sure everything is taken care of. I have been trying to get my roof replaced for several years and my “like a good neighbor” insurance company kept denying my claim (even after one of there on said it need to be replaced) Josh Solomon was in my neighborhood saw my roof and immediately stopped and asked if he could do an inspection of the roof, I told him I have had multiple companies look at it and have been denied every time, but he felt confident he could get it replaced. Josh went above and beyond and now I am finally get a new roof!!!
